Jared Papazian brings a competitive mindset, real-world experience, and a relationship-first approach to helping brokers grow their business. Before joining ARDRI as a Business Development Representative, Jared spent more than 10 years in commercial real estate specializing in multifamily transactions and was involved in over $150 million in sales volume. Having grown up around real estate and watching his father build a successful portfolio, Jared developed an early understanding of what it takes to create long-term value and lasting relationships in the industry.
That same drive carries into the way he supports TPO brokers today. Jared believes in consistency, communication, and showing up every day with discipline and focus. Backed by ARDRI’s technology, flexible Non-QM solutions, and fast-moving team, he works closely with brokers to help navigate scenarios, structure deals efficiently, and keep opportunities moving toward the closing table.
Outside of work, Jared enjoys staying active through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, pickleball, hiking, and time at the beach. As a former professional fighter who competed in the Ultimate Fighting Championship, he brings a competitive mindset, resilience, and focus to everything he does.
