Coming from a family of self-employed entrepreneurs and startup builders, George understands the hustle, adaptability, and persistence it takes to succeed in today’s market. His background spans business management, e-commerce, and client relations, giving him a practical, solutions-focused approach when working with TPO brokers.
Before joining ARDRI, George built his experience in the automotive industry as a Client Manager, where communication, responsiveness, and customer experience were everything. Driven by a desire to keep learning and grow within the financial and real estate space, he made the move into mortgage lending with the same energy and determination that shaped his entrepreneurial roots.
George believes strong partnerships are built on honesty, loyalty, integrity, and consistent communication. Whether helping brokers navigate Non-QM opportunities or connecting them with the right solutions, he focuses on keeping the process clear, proactive, and moving forward.
Outside of work, George enjoys cars, food, travel, nature, and continuously finding ways to improve personally and professionally. That same mindset carries into every broker relationship he builds at ARDRI.
